Dances

       Once a month during the school year, Jericho hosts a pre teen dance for ages 9-13 at the Georgina Ice Palace Hall. This event takes place on Fridays from 7-10pm and tickets ($12) are pre-sold at Global Pets (Glenwoods Plaza, Keswick) and at Jericho Head Office at the Link during business hours until noon the day of the dance. We strongly recommend you to pre-buy tickets to avoid disappointment as these dances are usually sold out, but there may be some tickets still available at the door.

Kids enjoy dancing to the latest (non-explicit) music and hanging out with their friends in a safe space chaperoned by a minimum of 10 Jericho staff. Snacks and refreshments are sold at the snack bar and a free coat check is located at the back of the hall. Occasionally we have theme dances (Halloween, Valentines) and prizes are often awarded for creative costumes and awesome dancing.

At the end of the evening, parents/guardians must come into the hall to collect their children, no later than 10pm. We will not release a child without a responsible adult.
